After obtaining his license in 2013, Andy quickly learned through the school of Hard Knocks that there is not much training in this industry. Most agents get their license and are forced to “figure it out” as they go.

The team was founded in 2020, by Andy & his wife, Michelle, and is headquartered out of the Coral Springs location with homes being sold from Port St Lucie to Fort Lauderdale.

Growing up as the son of two real estate attorneys, he got a formal education in Accounting & Finance at Florida State University. He also has many years of experience in purchasing, owning, managing and selling property, which allows Andy to excel at every level of the real estate transaction. He is well suited to lead The Mandel Team and into the future.
